I am a failure, I am bad, I don’t matter, I can’t take care of myself, People don’t like me, I have to be perfect or else, People will not like me as I am, I am undeserving of love, I’m not smart enough, I am not enough, Life is burdensome, Is this all there is, I can’t succeed, I can’t achieve the things I want to do, No matter what I do, it won’t make a difference, I’m destined to be a victim, I am flawed, I don’t count, I don’t have much to give, I don’t know who to trust, I am not good enough
